“Gondolier” is a 30×24 original oil on canvas. This canal scene from Venice, Italy is of a lone goodlier serenading young lovers on their tour of the city. On one of our anniversaries, we took a trip to Venice and rode on a gondola through the beautiful waterways. We stayed right on this canal and over looked this scene from our window. The flowers and the architecture are exquisite. I do not know if it is the volcanic soil they are using in their flower boxes or everything is just more beautiful in Venice.
